There is no doubt that Lakshmi Gopalaswamy is a bankable actress. However In a recent interview with a daily, the actress said that she is waiting to portray powerful characters in M'town.
The actress said " In my career, I have done so many roles including insignificant character. But now, I am looking for some powerful characters.If I get such roles I will go for it, even if it is a small one. Infact, it's my dream to play a character that has been cherished forever.
